Please do not send any e-mails regarding any requests for referrals, prescription renewals or appointments. Also, please do not leave any questions regarding your care received at my office by either myself or my nurse practitioners. You must contact the office with any questions about your office visit or follow-up care. Also, please do not ask any medical questions for which you need immediate medical assistance as I do not check this e-mail on a regular basis. For any emergencies you must either call my office, dial 911, or contact the on-call physician.
